RYNAG AG is pleased to announce the appointment of Marco Billwiller as the Deputy Managing Director and Operations Manager. This personnel decision takes effect today and marks a strategic step in continuing the growth and excellence of RYNAG AG.
Since joining RYNAG AG in October 2022, Marco Billwiller has demonstrated exceptional dedication, determination, and social competence. Born in 1997, Mr. Billwiller began his impressive career at the East Swiss industrial group Bühler, where he completed an apprenticeship as a polymechanic and worked his way up to project manager. His experiences and insights from a formative stay abroad in China have sharpened his understanding of global business processes and intercultural communication. Moreover, Marco Billwiller completed his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration at FH East in August 2023. His practical project in market research at the Clientis Consulting Center, which won the prestigious WTT Young Leaders Award 2022, is particularly noteworthy.
In his role as an assistant to the executive board, Mr. Billwiller completed an extensive trainee program at RYNAG AG and its subsidiary Swisspack AG, took responsibility for the internal quality assurance program through lean management, and internalized the operational processes. „Marco’s understanding of our operational processes and his commitment to continuous improvement are impressive. His promotion reflects our belief in his ability to lead our company into a successful future,“ Raymann adds.
