General Terms and Conditions

By placing an order, the buyer recognizes the following conditions as binding:

1. the minimum order quantity for each item is 1 shipping unit.

2. no guarantee can be given for the suitability of our products for the purpose intended by the customer. Instructions for use, recommendations and suggestions from our technical application advisory service are given to the best of our knowledge based on practical experience. However, they are not binding and do not exempt the purchaser from carrying out his own trials and tests. Under no circumstances can any liability for damages or disadvantages be derived from them, including with regard to any third-party property rights.

3. as a matter of principle, we do not accept returns of goods. Returns without prior notification will not be accepted. Complaints will only be considered if they are made within 8 days of receipt of the goods. In the event of defects recognized by us, the goods will be taken back and, at our discretion, either replaced or the equivalent value refunded. No further claims can be asserted. Claims for damages on the part of the purchaser due to defects, delayed delivery or other legal grounds are expressly excluded.

4. The following applies to custom-made products, in particular printed self-adhesive tapes and die-cut blanks: Tools and printing documents produced by us shall remain our property and in our possession, even if they are charged separately to the purchaser. However, these printing documents, such as final artwork, films, clichés, etc., shall not be stored by us for longer than 3 years without an express counter-report from the customer (from the last order). The “Good to print” signed by the buyer is solely authoritative for the production of the print. In the case of color print designs, minor color deviations are not considered defects. Excess and short deliveries of up to 10% of the ordered quantity are permitted.

5. contracts or deadline orders are binding with regard to quantities and time frames. Quantities not purchased shall be delivered one month after expiry of the contract following prior written notification. The prices fixed within the framework of contracts or forward orders can also be adjusted to the respective market situation at short notice. The prices charged shall be those that apply when the goods or individual partial deliveries are dispatched.

6. Prices are net prices and are payable within 30 days without discount. Value added tax is not included in the prices.
