Individual widths
Slitting (cutting process) offers the advantage of producing single rolls for desired customised or standard widths. This process requires short set-up times to produce custom adhesive tapes quickly and cost-effectively. Widths from 3mm to over 1200mm can be produced. Depending on the material, tolerances of 0.1mm are possible.

With the rewinding slitter we can fully automatically cut large rolls to small rolls. It is possible to lengthen or shorten rolls. In addition, we can produce cross-wound tapes to ensure long run times for large series or automated applications. These rolls have running lengths of up to 10,000m.
Die-cuts
Out of more than 500 different types of adhesive tapes, we produce precise die-cut components that have to withstand the most extreme stresses. At Rynag Converting Center, we work together with our customers to develop tailored solutions for their individual needs, which significantly increase performance, reduce costs and improve the quality of the final product.
The rotary die-cutting system offers the advantages of a low-cost die as well as the possibility of producing large quantities at high speed. It is possible to combine multiple working processes (e.g. die-cutting and laminating) and produce the die-cut in one pass. The final product is on one roll.
The stroke die-cutting technique is especially suitable for thicker materials from 600μm. Die-cuts of up to 500 mm x 500 mm can be produced. The final product is wound on a sheet or on a roll.
In order to produce initial series or samples quickly and cost-effectively, we offer dimensionally precise die-cuts in small series using our precision die-cutting plotter. All initial samples can be produced within 48h after drawing approval. The final product is delivered on a sheet or as a single die-cut.
Our production is located exclusively in Switzerland. To meet the highest standards, we manufacture under clean room conditions. For over 30 years, we have been finishing self-adhesive tapes, using the latest technology according to Industry 4.0.
